Oh yah I have a blog!

Lily

First Day of Jump Start

Lexi and Macie
Well Well Well I seem to have forgot about my blog!!! Lets just say i've been a very busy girl.  First off I started sellin Mary Kay.  Thats going alright.  I have almost made enough to cover what I spent.  I think I will feel better once I break even. These weeks have flown by. Lets start at the weekend before school started we had my 2nd cousin lexi with us.  Macie and her had a great time.  Also we went to shrine fest that weekend with some of the family. I started my 2nd semester in nursing, and I started my 3rd time of being a peer leader.  Its going great so far.  I love my clinicals.  Simulation lab isnt too bad. and I have made 2 A's on my tests that I have had.  Ryan likes his classes too.  A couple weekends after school started we went to cast away cove! MSU had tickets for $5 for students so ryan macie and I got to go for only $10!! We had a blast.  Probly the most fun I have had there ever. Macie started a program called jump start.  She goes on thursdays for 5 hours.  I hate bringing her there because I feel guilty having her there when Im at home....but it helps me to get stuff done with school.  We have been going to Stroller Strides (an exercise class) on fridays to spend some quality mommy daughter time.  We absolutly LOVE it!! I wish I could go everytime they have it :) My mom is in town for a few weeks.  Shes at the tail end of the section 8 list so hopefully sometime soon she will be able to get her voucher and move back to wichita.  As for right now her and lily are staying at our house.  Ryan and I have had a couple of date nights with some couples.  It helps keep us sain, because our schedual is filled with school, Macie, work, studying, maintaining our house, and many other tasks! We need some time to ourselves to get away from it all.  Well thats enough for now!

Anniversary Weekend!

Since I was in school for our anniversary, we decided to move our anniversary weekend to Aug 5th-7th.  Friday night after Ryan got off work we took Macie to her aunt melissas and uncle haydens house.  Ryan and I went and ate at red lobster! MMMmmm After dinner we went looking for an anniversary gift to each other. Since its our second anniversary the theme was either cotton(traditional) or China (modern) We decided to buy our first china plates.  As the years pass we will buy more pieces till we have atleast two complete sets. After that we went for drinks at Applebees to pass time before our movie.  We went and saw friends with benefits.  It was a really good romantic comedy.  That night ryan was away from macie for the first night since she was born.  It was my second.  I still took it worse than ryan haha.  That next morning we went and got 30 minute massasges. We picked macie up from the mall.  Her Aunt melissa and Grandma Connie spoiled her in claires. She got lip gloss, hair barrettes, a purse, mirror compact, sun glasses, and even more little goodies.  When we got her home she took a little nap.  Then we went and ate with the family for ryans uncles 50th birthday party.  When we left there we went to the wichita falls winery to go wine tasting for the first time. Then at 5 we went to church.  After church we picked up hayden and melissa and grabbed a bite to eat and went to the casino for the first time.  Ofcourse we didnt win anything :( Macie was back at our house that night! The next morning we got ready to go to the lake and left around noon.  We played in the water at lake elmer thomas for a few hours then drove home.  Sunday night we relaxed.  It was a great weekend.  I was so happy to spend so much time with my husband. After 7 years we are still so in love with each other.  It also made me realize getting away from macie for a little bit isnt a bad thing.  Its healthy for both of us.

Thats Life!

Braidens Birthday

Stick on nails

Castaway Cove with MeMe
The end of july came and went so fast! Were already almost a week into august...We finished up july with many activities. On the 23rd Braidens birthday party was out at the lake, they had slip and slides and kiddy pools set up all throughout the yard.  Macie LOVED playing in the water.  We ate hamburgers and had cake and ice cream.  I cant believe all the boys are 3 years old now!  That following wednesday (the 27th) was Ryan and I's 7th(dating) and 2nd(wedding) Anniversary.  We went to lunch with macie that day.  That evening I had to study so we didnt get to do anything special but we made sure to have a glass of our wine! Its a tradition since we got engaged and we dont plan on breaking it! That friday night we went out to eat, went to walmart, and macie and I played with stick on nails haha.  Saturday we went to cast away cove  with my dad and nada. We were there a little over 5 hours. That evening we went home and relaxed and watched a movie called hall pass.  It was pretty funny :) Sunday was Connies birthday.  We had lunch and dinner with her.  My  summer class just ended and I made an A! Now im only 2 classes away from having my minor.  1 year 9 months left till its graduation time.  I cannot wait!  On a different note, July 30th a guy who I went to church with when I was little, passed away.  It was very unexpected and due to surgical complications.  Its very hard for me to keep it off my mind.  Yesterday I attended his funneral along with my dad and MANY of our old church friends.  It was GREAT to see them... I have to say most of my favorite childhood memories are because of those people.  It gets me thinking and I get emotional.  Its crazy how a funeral can be so sad yet bring joy from getting to see old friends. I dont want to end on a sad note so I am excited to say that this is going to be the best weekend ive had in a long time! Ryan and I our celebrating our Anniversary this weekend since im out of school.  We have lots of fun things planned and im looking forward to some quality time with my best friend!! Ill blog about that later! Also another very exciting thing that happend is Ryan got a raise! aaannnd they are compensating him all the way back to the day he started in november 2010.  They caught on the system that he was not making the amount he should be and they fixed it right away! We are going to be blessed financialy this month and we hope to pay off some of our debt!

18 Months: Toilets and Tantrums

Pee Pee!!

Wanted to play, instead of pose for a picture!
Its been a little over 18 months since Macie was born.  I cant believe a year and a half has FLOWN by.  Its amazing and also so unreal to see how much she has change and learned in that short amount of time.  Being a stay at home mom is one of the most rewarding things. I love being able to see ALL of her accomplishments, to be able to teach her things, see all of her expressions and hear all of her new words.  I am so very blessed to have spent so much of my time with her, when I look back at times that I was frustrated and just wanted a break, it makes me feel guilty; how could I ever want a break from such a precious little girl?  Starting this month she went back to daycare though.  However she only goes from 12pm till about 2:20 Monday- thursday.  Which is nap time, so Im lucky to still be able to spend all of her awake time with her :).  We have been potty training this month, and its going GREAT....well, when shes naked haha! She has  already peed 8 times in the potty today without me telling her to! However she has been naked all day too! I dont know how to get her to tell us everytime she needs to go pee pee when she has cloths on...she knows she can go in her diaper :-/ Shes still young so I am no where near dissapointed, just curious on how to make that transition.  Occasionally she WILL tell us when she has to go or has gone in her diaper but not as much as I would like.  However I can not express how proud a Mama I am.  How did I get SOOOO lucky with such an easy baby.  Easy/Good sleeper, Good/Nonpicky eater, Easy/Good potytainer.  Also easy to wheen off of everything else.  That means if I decide to have a next baby, that one is going to be a HEATHEN haha!  She is a little miss independent DIVA and when she doesnt get her independence...especially in puplic she likes to throw a fit!!! Which is to be expected  with kiddos! Shes a mess but when I look back on the fits I just laugh.  Shes too cute to stay mad at and Im 22 and still throw fits so who am I to blame her? Well thats just a little update on my little angel, Oh how I love to brag about HER!! :)

Trip to rusk!

Train ride at the Zoo

Lufkin Mall

Lufkin Zoo

Rusk Park

Swinging!

Wheres Macie!
Tuesday June 28th our little family got on the road about 1:40. On the drive down there we stopped at subway somewhere past dallas.  We also stopped in tyler and let Macie stretch he legs in the mall parking lot.  She had slept about an hour and a half, and the rest of the time she watched Elmo and Barney.  We got to rusk about 6:30.  My mom made us dinner, we ate, relaxed and watched tv.  That evening we had macie walking around in her diaper, and she took it off and went and sat on the potty and poo pooed with out us telling her to! About 15 minutes later she sat back on the potty and peed by herslef too! I was sooo excited.  The next morning we drove to Lufkin and went to the Zoo with my grandparents and other family members. We took a train ride around the zoo then we went and visited all the animals.  It was very hot and macie was cranky so we headed back to rusk.  We ate lunch and Macie napped.  Later that evening we went to the park, Macie loved the swing. My mom made us meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans! MMMMmmmm. Then next day we drove to palestine and went to a few stores. Later that evening we went to My Uncle Johns, we visted them and played with Macies cousin Jaelynn.  The next day we got our things packed and drove to lufkin. we got there about 4:30ish My Grandma made us a home cooked meal AND Chocolate cake! The next day we went to Old navy, then we went to the mall.  We got shakes from Chick-fil-a,Ryan and i were sharing a vanilla one and we were letting macie have some sips.  She liked ours, but she told my grandpa that she wanted a bite of his and he let her.  Her eyes got wide and she got a big smile on her face! His was chocolate, and she knew he had something better than what we had haha! Macie had a nap then we went to Mass.  After mass we went and had chineese, it was really good! I got sooo full.  My grandpa drove us around lufkin and gave us a tour.  Later that evening took a walk around the park that my grandparents live in and we let macie push her little doll stoller.  The next morning we packed our things and headed back to rusk.  We said our good-byes then got back on the road about 1:45 On the way back we didnt have to let macie out of her car seat at all! It was nice to get to spend time with all my family and Im glad they got to see macie.

Busy Bees!

Smores Cup Cakes!!

Well these past two weekends wore me out.  On the saturday of fathers day weekend I woke up early to go to old navy for $2 tank tops, and it wasnt even happening that weekend, the rest of that morning I spent getting fathers day gifts/cards/ baby shower gifts and birthday gifts.  First stop after that was Kaylas baby shower. Shes having a baby girl named Gracelyn and they are going to call her Gracie! Too Cute! Then we drove out to lake kickapoo for blakes 7th birthday party. They did arts and crafts, and played outside.  We got to eat Smores cup cakes! They were delicious. It was VERY HOT though. Then it was back to town, and later that evening we went to Hunters Birthday get together.  The kids got to play on a slip and slide. They all had a blast.  We got to eat ice cream cake! It was a busy day full of sweets! Sunday we went to church as usual and layed Macie down for her nap.  After she woke up we went to Kobes 3rd birthday party.  Where we got to eat ice cream cake AGAIN! :)  We left there about 5 or so and went to spend the rest of the evening at my memaw and grandpas house with my dad and all them for fathers day! That evening we came home to make macies molding of her hand.  Its a gift that I got Ryan for fathers day! Im so glad he loved it!  That busy weekend was over but this one was busy as well. Saturday Macie woke up earlier than usual. We played and watched cartoons as usual at noon we met her aunt melissa at old navy for the real $2 tank sale.  Later that afternoon we went to the spray park in Iowa Park. Macie LOVED it! I want to take her back soon.  Then that evening Ryan took her to the bug fest with his family while I had my first stella and dot party that Rachelle hosted. It went pretty good! Sunday we went to church then headed straight to ryans moms house so they could help josh cut down his moms tree.  Well they actually just supervised him haha.  Macie napped over there then we went to walk the mall for a little while to give us something to do.  Then that evening we went over to ryans aunt jeans for dinner, and hung around there for a little while.  That was the end to these busy weekends.  This week we are going to Rusk, so more blogs comming in about a week!

Business isnt booming :(

Well I was getting excited for my first stella and dot party that was going to be this weekend. I made the invitations, folded them, and put them each into their individual envelope.  I deliverd them to the girl that was going to hand them out to her friends.Well she realized she scheduled her party on fathers day so she wanted to cancel.  That is  understandable, but when I asked her if she wanted to reschedual the answer was no.  Now Im stuck, and dissapointed.  I have been selling stella and Dot for about 3 weeks now and the party I had did not go over too well.  Now the other party that I was going to have was cancelled.  So that leaves me with one more party to count on.  I hope that one turns out okay.  Also so many people have told me they are interested in stella and dot and possibly having a party, but Im not able to get dates from them.  I dont want to be the pesky sales lady, but I really want to be good at this business.  What to do...What to do??? This business is harder than I thought, but Im going to keep at it.  Things will fall into place im sure.  I got some free and half priced jewlery and I absolutly LOVE it!!! So we will see! Its just nice to be able to vent about it on here!

Keeping Busy

Here lately its been kind of busy, which I dont mind at all. Friday June 3rd I got to ride connies horse  (that she recently bought for the grankids) for the first time.  She would not listen to me and was very stubborn, and even bucked a little.  I wanted to take on the challenge of getting her to be a ride-able horse.  Saturday I tried to lunge her but she is desensitised to whips. just my luck.  Sunday I rode her and was able to make ALOT of progress.  I used connies barn as a round pen.  She would listen to all my directions, occasionally she didnt want to go the way I wanted to but I kept at it and she would eventually give in and go the right way.  By sunday evening I was able to trust her enough to canter her and she did great. I couldnt have felt more proud. Tuesday I went back out there and she did even better.  I need to keep at it so that way she doesnt get barn sour again.  I LOVE being able to ride, and build a relationship with this horse.
Another thing that has been going on lately is we have been getting ready for a garage sale.  A little bit each day we would go through the rooms in the house finding stuff to get rid of.  Then yesterday we went through the garage and priced everything we are selling.  Its not as much as I would have thought but hopefully its enough to get a little extra money.
Other than that is has been a usual week. Ryans working, he has been watching the mavs basketball games.  We are trying to figure out what to do with his vacation time.  Its hard to choose, there arent too many things we can do because of our budget.  I have 2 parties booked for my stella and dot job.  Im excited! Macie has been talking up a storm. Shes learning so many more words.  I love being able to be with her all day, I dont miss anything new she says or does :)
well thats about it for this week!

Memorial Day Weekend to June

Well its been a little while since I have blogged last.  Things have got a little more busy than usual. Memorial day weekend was just like any other weekend.  That friday Macie and I spent sometime with my grandparents then we all went to eat at mazios with my dad nada and ryan. That night I went out for my friend heathers Birthday she finally turned 22. Saturday we took macie over to see her Guh Guh Connie. That evening Ryan, Macie and I went swimming/hot tubbing at a very nice house that my friend alicia was house sitting.  Even later that evening was my friend yolandas going away party.  I had went to elementary with her, and now she was at MSU, but she decided she wanted to move to colorado for good. Sunday we went to church, ate at Qdoba for lunch. Macie napped, then we went to connies for a Memorial day cookout. Monday ryan and I cleaned and went gracery shopping.  Then Monday night I had my first stella and dot jewlery party.  It didnt go as well as planned but Magan (the lady helping me sell Stella and Dot) helped me out. She is such a great person. Ryan worked 8-6 on tuesday so it was just Macie and I all day.  It was nice.  Tuesday evening I went and watched part of the Mavs game at buffalo wild wings. I usually dont like watching basketball but my friends invited me so I went. Wednesday I stayed home all day, Ryan had a 2 hour break that day! We rented little fockers and watched it.  It was a cute movie.  Thursday ryan had another 2 hour break  so we went out to lunch.  The rest of the day we relaxed, played outside for a bit and watched some tv.  Not sure what we are doing today, but we were invited to go to the circus on saturday! It will be Macies first time. I think she will like it. Also I am still selling Stella and dot, and I have been working on that all week too. I really enjoy it.  I cant believe its allready june, soon it will be time to head back to school.

Summer Break

Well its been 2 weeks since summer break has started.  At first it was nice getting to relax all day.  Now im going a little stir crazy. Its just Macie and I all day everyday. The house stays clean, dishes and laundry are done, so there is nothing for me to do. I figured blogging would help take some of my time but there is only so much stuff you can blog about. I started selling Stella and Dot jewlery this summer to make a little extra money and give me somthing to do, and we bought macie a little plastic pool. It's fun but usually only takes up about an hour of our time.  Side walk chalk is another fun thing but macies attention span is so short that she  colors for about 5 minutes then the rest of the time is spent chasing her around the yard trying to get her to color again.  Bubbles keep her occupied for a short amount of time. She loves her morning cartoons, and she has so many toys to play with.  Somehow we still dont have enough to do to keep us busy. I thought about getting a cast away cove season pass, but its a little expensive.  Going to the mall  or  same old park gets a little old after a while, and most everything else costs money.  So I guess Im just asking for suggestions on what to do! There is still ALOT of summer left and I dont want to end up CRAZY by the end of it :)

Business Girl?

Here latley money has been tight at the O'Malley household, and with me not having a job I feel like I should take charge and do my part.  I was thinking about becoming a waitress again, or maybe going back into retail.  Everything I was thinking of seemed to complicating to manage with school and a toddler, what job is going to work around daycare, and school hours.  Then I came to the conclusion that I was going to work weekends.  That didnt work out, as soon as Ryan and I were talking it out we both realized that would take away from family time, because Ryan has off sundays and only works till 12:15 on saturdays. We live for our family time and we would hate for it to be taken away. Last week I was on facebook and a lady that we go to church with  had a post about a special deal on starting your own jewlery selling business (called Stella & Dot). Ryan and I talked about it and he seemed unsure at first, as did I.  It just seems like perfect timing and the perfect job.  I can set my own hours, sell off my website, advertise on facebook..I would have " trunk shows" where I would display my jewlery at a party and sell it.  After talking about it a little more I decided to message the lady that sells it and ask her questions.  She messaged me back, and said whenever she gets back in town we would get together and talk about it.  I am super excited and I hope that this job works out for me and gives our family the little extra comfort that we need financialy.  I am not selling it right now but go to Stella & Dots website and take a look! If you see anything you like keep me in mind! Hopefully in the near future i will have my business up and running :)

Baptism

1 year ago today Macie was baptised at Our Lady Queen of Peace.  That was a very special day! Hayden and Melissa O'Malley became her God parents.  Ryan and I took turns holding her as the priest spoke about baptism and asked us to guide her as a Christian. We were surounded by family and close family friends.  I felt a sense of peace.  I had  made a decision for me and my family about which path we were going to take religiously.  When I was pregnant with Macie I had felt ashamed whenever I walked into a church, and felt betrayed at a time where I should feel the most warmth and joy.  That made me question my faith as a Catholic, so I was going back and forth in my head on who I was a a Christian.  My mother in law was the person who put things in perspective.  A sign of being baptised in a catholic church was a sign that the parents were acctually taking the responsibility to grow that child as a child of God, and if I as Macies parent was going to make the decision to get her baptised I needed to make sure to follow through and guide her to meet all her sacraments.  Ryan and I made that decision and took that responsibility.  Here we are a year later and we have been attending Sacred Heart since October 10th 2010 and we absolutly love it.  The people there are so welcoming and warm.  They go out of their way to make you feel a sense of belonging.  Ryan and I have contemplated becoming part of a young adult group, and Macie has been invited to attend tuesdays and thursday school to learn about God and work on other learning skills for toddlers. We have only missed 3 times since then, once when ryan had to be at work early( when he was still at footlocker), when we had pink eye, and when we were visiting my mom.  Since Macie has been getting older it has been harder for us to keep her quiet, and harder for us to listen to the sermon, so today she attended daycare during church for the first time and she loved it!  My Nanny and Pops got her a bible for Easter and every night we read it and then blow bubbles ( because when we first started she thought we were saying bubbles instead of bible) haha, and now we have more bibles and prayers to read, because Hayden and Melissa stopped by and gave her some books as a anniversary present for being their God child for a year!  Ryan and I have also taken up reading the bible every night since lent had started.  I am very proud of us. We have come so far as Christians/ Catholics in such a short time, and I can honestly say I feel a sense of peace, and belonging.  It is amazing how God works in our lives.  I am excited for Macie to be able to grow up in a church home and make life long friends.  I cant belive that all this has come from the one little decision to get Macie baptised.  It all fell into place, and I thank God for the many blessing he has given my family and I.

Getting to know us!

Macies napping so I thought I would blog about each of us individualy.

I am  a 22 year old Mother, Wife and Student.  I am young but so very blessed with all that God has given me.  I was born and raised in wichita falls. I had a very good child hood I was able to participate in many activities.  I was in gymnastics, tball, pageants, singing lessons, cheerleading, horseback riding lessons, piano lessons, dance, swim team...n I may be missing some..lol. I had many animals growing up. Horse, guinne pigs, gerbils, fish, rabbit, chickens, dogs and cats.  I was very fortunate to have so much as a child.   I also had a very good church home at Wesley United Methodist Church. My parents divorced when I was 12, and that was a very hard time having to adjust from living a very fortunate childhood to living in a 1 bedroom apartment with my mom...plus becoming a teenager at that time didnt help at all.  Lets just say I was a little bitter, but I tried to remain as sweet as possible :)  Time went on and things got easier, I gained a step mother and I was getting used to going back and forth and I enjoyed having my friends over. Then when I was in Junior high I was told that my mom only had 6 months to live, talk about traumatizing, fortunatly she is still here today! I put alot of my time into church activities at floral heights (methodist church ) I was in NS2P (no speach to preach) that helped me get through tough times. During High School I enjoyed participating in school activities, I did cheerleading, PALS, One Act Play, UIL, FCCLA (we went to state!), Soft ball, Volley Ball, Track, I was class vice president, a member of drama club, powerlifting, I attempted debate. I tried to stay as busy as possible.  I was dating Ryan for most of my high school years and those were some of the greatest years sofar.  I got my first job at IHOP, then I worked at Hollister, Silver Elegance, then lastly paws n claws. All throughout highschool I changed what I wanted for a Career.  When I was going through physical therapy it made me want to become one, Then we had a day at MSU where we visited the different career colleges and I was good at the respiratory therapy..so thats what I thougt I wanted to do. Then I job shaddowed one and I changed my mind.  The next year I wanted to sign up to job shaddow a nurse in the nursery so I could hold the babies, I put down Labor and Delivery on my sheet ( not thinking that it was different from the nursery) Then to my surprise that year I got to see a baby be born...from then on I knew thats what I wanted to be..so I like to say I found my carrer by accident :) Now I am about to start my 5th year of college...I am classified as a senior, however I still have two years of nursing left.  I am a people pleaser, I want everyone to like me, I a care about what everyone thinks about me.  Im not sure where I get that from, but its who I am and therefore I try and stay as nice as possible and I feel very ashamed when I do something that may make someone else look at me negativly.  I deffinately have my days of moodiness, but usually a chocolate shake or M&M's can fix it haha.  I am a very high strung stressed out person, and I am not sure why...but I just try and fix it as much as possible...Massages, running, pedicures, any type of sweets all make it just a little bit better. Horseback riding also relieves my stress but I do not get to go very often.  I also am very OCD (WHEN) I clean, clean there can not be a spot anywhere I even scrub the walls, organize the drawers and the remote can not be crooked..I know weird..I love making lists and being organized.  Also I LOVE decorating...If that paid more and people acctually liked my work I would do that as a career.. I redecorate rooms in my head when I am in somone elses house its so weird but I LOVE IT! Also I think that is why I love wedding planning so much too because its so detailed and has to be organized plus it involves decorating!! Well enough about me I could go on forever about myself :)

Ryan is such an Amazing person, He is a Father, husband, Student, and Provider. He is honestly like NO other guy I have met.  He was also born in wichita falls, then moved to Arlington for a little while then back to wichita falls in the 6th grade.  He had a very different childhood than me but It deffinatly made him the person he is today.  His dad wasnt in the picture for most of his childhood.  However he keeps intouch with him now.  He was raised by his mom (and dads side of the family) which I think is so cool. I know he played basketball growing up, and still loves it till this day.  He also had ferrets and a dog as pets growing up. He has been catholic his whole life and he participated in youth activities. In junior high he was very different from how he is now.  He was hanging out with a different crowd from me and being the class clown with the other guys in our class. However I didnt ever see him that way, and I didnt realize he was that much different till a teacher approached me in the hall and said you and ryan compliment each other well, both of you have changed for the better.  I wil never forget that statement :)  Also I think another thing that whipped him into shape was sports! He was in football, basketball, track, baseball. That took up lots of his time and he absolutly loves sports.  He got is first job at footlocker and stayed there till just recently. (which he is now at CITI bank).  He used to want to be a vet, untill he job shaddowed one.  That changed his mind quick. He didnt like to see the animals hurt.  He then decided to change his career to psychology, because he loved helping his PAL clifton.  After he took his first psyc class in college he changed his mind again and finally ended up with a career in Education teaching history and coaching. He is also about to start his 5th year in college...and is classified as a senior with about 2 years left.  He is not as stressed a person as I am but when he is stressed he likes to play basketball with his music up really loud.  He likes to make jokes, play pranks, and give people a hard time.  He makes things fun! He is also a people please an hates to dissapoint people. Thats Ryan! Well I may be missing some stuff but you get the idea :)

Lastly there is my Baby girl Macie!  She was born on December 25th 2009, and was the best christmas present ever! She was a drama queen from the time I went into labor haha!.She was 6 days late and decided to come in the chirstmas blizzard of 2009. I was in labor for 12hrs and 21 minutes and she was born at 5:23pm. 8lbs 4oz 20 3/4 inches... She had to go to the nursery and was there for 3 days.  She had swallowed her poop when she was in my belly and then inhaled it when she took her first breath... so they had to get it out of her lungs by putting her on a machine and iv with antibiotics. She has changed so much in the past year. Hit all of her milestones on time and even some early! Some of the main ones were April 1st she rolled tummy to back,May 5th back to tummy, July 23rd she craweld ,september 12th she took her 1st step. first teeth started coming in June pulled herself up July 13th.  She was a very easy baby, I didnt lose that much sleep, she was easy to ween off the pacifire, easy to put to sleep in her own bed, easy to ween from nursing...She has been such a joy in my life. The only problem we have had with her is at times she is teething.  Here latley she is testing her limits and wants to be more independent.  She also is becoming a little diva and likes to get her way (it doesnt help that ryan always let her get her way haha)  It makes me sad that my baby is growing up and doesnt need me like she used to.  She is now growing more attached to Ryan, and I knew it was going to happen.  I just didnt think it would be this early...I still NEED her <3 but I couldnt be more proud to be her mom and I got so lucky to have such an easy baby!

Sorry for all the grammer errors :-/

Catch up

I decided to start blogging to allow my family to keep in touch with what my  little family and I are doing! Its summertime and I am on a break from school so now is the perfect time to start one, since I have all the time in the world.

I thought I would catch yall up.  I started going to City View Elementary in 4th grade, Ryan started in the 6th grade. I always had my eye on him from the very begining. We never really talked untill junior high though. I think everyone in our class knew that I liked him except him haha. We started talking on AOL instant messenger.(AIM)  Everytime I logged on I hoped to see his IM name.  He told me he did the same :) we were 15 at the time.  On July 27th 2004 I was on the phone with Chelsey Wilson when Ryan instant messaged me and said hey can I ask you something..... and yes that was how he asked me out! haha I know I know soooo romantic, but we were both shy and I remind you only 15!  I ofcourse said YES...I was soo excited I had cheerleading practice the next morning and I remember telling everyone I am dating RYAN OMALLEY!!  It started off slow, we were both really shy...It was almost to the point where I even asked him do you even like me...who would have though that would have broke the ice from that point on we were hooked! Now here we are almost 7 years later and we are still totally head over heels about each other. We moved in with each other in March 2007. We lived at his moms house. We graduated in May 2007 , got a dog in July 2007 and started college in Aug 2007 and my mom  moved away in Oct 2007..At this point our relationship was moving very fast, but I knew I was going to Marry him! February of 2008  we moved into a different house with his mom, because there was now a new addition to the family Hayden Matthew OMalley Jr. born Feb 15th 2008...there was now 6 of us living together.  I absolutly LOVED living with my nephew! In Nov. 2008 I started getting hives everyday and sometime swollen lips, eyes and hands for an un explaind reason...I honestly think I am allergic to stress! This took a toll on me emotionally and physically, however ryan was always there to help me and be my rock. This support made me love him even more. on March 14th 2009 Ryan asked me to Marry him! He sent me all over wichita falls to all of our special spots (1st kiss, high school, where we 1st said I love you) and finally he proposed at the top of the Falls! I said YES!!! I was soooo happy even the hives went away!! I started planning right away! The date I had picked out was July 10th of 2010. I was going to have the perfect wedding that I had been dreaming of since I was a little girl!  Plans changed quickly on April 14th 2009 I found out I was pregnant.  I was so scared, untill I called my mom and she made me  feel at ease.  She called the dr. and got me an appointment made and she told me No baby is a mistake, and God is putting this baby in our lives for a reason. (the hives came back ugh) I didnt want to have the baby out of wedlock so Ryan and I planned a small family wedding, with intent to have a bigger one later.  We got Married and found out we were having a baby girl on Monday July 27th 2009 (our 5 year anniversary) one of the best days EVER! The hives (for the most part) stopped in september 2009 and Macie was born on December 25th 2009. My Grandparents bought us a house on March 5th 2010. We moved in on April 10th 2010, and we LOVE living as our little family of 3. We have contiued to go to school have added many more nieces and nephews to our family, and in October 10th 2010 we found a Church home, November 2010 Ryan got a Job at CITI bank, now we are just continuing to live our AMAZING lives. Now your caught up! Sorry so long, however this was the short version!!
